OEM PVC slides for a West African importer
A buyer in West Africa needed PVC slides for the wholesale market. Not stock designs. His own logo, three colors, custom polybags. He wanted someone who could hit the delivery window before peak season and not mess up the sizing.
Here's how that order went.
What he ordered
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Product | PVC Slides |
| MOQ | 1,800 pairs |
| Colors | 3 colors in one production run |
| Logo | Custom embossed |
| Packing | Custom polybag |
| Trade term | EXW China |
The part that matters
Three colors in one run. That is not a big deal for injection molding. But keeping the color consistent across all three batches, with the same surface finish and the same logo depth on every pair, takes more than checking at the end.
He also wanted sizing that matched what his market expects. A PVC slide marked EU 41 that fits like EU 40 is a complaint waiting to happen. In wholesale distribution, one size mismatch snowballs fast. Retailers stop ordering.
How we ran it
Samples went out first. Three pairs. One of each color. He checked the logo, the finish, the sizing, and signed off.
During production, QC pulled samples every two hours. Color consistency. Surface finish. Logo depth. Size accuracy. Not at the end of the run. Every couple of hours, so a drift got caught before it became a batch.
After inspection, the pairs were packed into his custom polybags and stacked for loading. He got photos at each stage, not just a notification that it was done.
The order finished inside the agreed window. He arranged his forwarder. The container left.
