T/T — 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. The deposit reserves your production slot and raw material allocation.
How is shipping handled?
EXW terms — you arrange freight from our Wuchuan factory. We load the container at our facility. Container load only (FCL), 20ft or 40ft. If you need a freight forwarder recommendation, we can connect you with forwarders who regularly handle our shipments.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. Any Pantone color can be matched for the strap, sole, and footbed base. Color is batched separately and checked against the standard before full production starts. The shade stays consistent from the first pair to the last.
Will my reorder look the same as the first order?
Yes. We keep your mold, color formula, and print parameters on file. When you reorder, the same formula goes into the same mold under the same process controls. Consistent reorder quality is not luck — it is a system.
